- Jonathan Dickinson State Park - This Park is located in Hobe Sound, Florida. This is in the Southeast region of the state and also one of the largest State parks at about 11,500 acres. There are two family campgrounds on the park that together offer 135 campsites, many with water, electric and a grill. While the amenities are few, the opportunities to connect with nature are many - with boat tours, biking trails, fishing and nature trails available throughout the park.
